Individual Memberships
Open Seat Membership
Starting at $450 per month per person
An open seating membership entitles you to work at CoLaboratory Chicago in any of the seats, desk spaces or atrium space that is not assigned to a particular member.
The most economical in terms of cost, is best for the individual who plans to be in the space a few days a week, but takes their personal belongings with them where ever they go.
Designated Desk Membership
Starting at $600 per month per person
A designated desk membership entitles you to a specific desk & chair every time you come into CoLaboratory Chicago. You’ll never have to worry about where you’re going to sit & have the opportunity to use a locker for your personal belongings.
This membership is best for an individual who plans to work out of CoLaboratory most days & would like to leave personal belongings behind if needed.
Private Office Memberships
Small Offices
Starting at $1250 per month
Private space that comfortably seats 2, but easily allows up to 4 people. Private offices are only accessible to your team members. Office memberships include conference room & shared space time. Small offices are located on floors 1 & 2.
Medium Offices
Starting at $2100 per month
Private space that comfortably seats 4, but easily allows up to 6 people. Private offices are only accessible to your team members. Office memberships include conference room & shared space time. Medium offices are located on floor 2.
Pop-Open Offices
Starting at $1350 per month
A unique office & storage space combined, our pop-open offices are intended for 1 person who might need more storage than average. Pop-open office memberships include conference room & shared space time. These offices are located on floor 2.
Corporate Memberships
Custom Corporate Offices
Starting at $8600 per month with annual contract
Custom Corporate Office memberships are the largest spaces in CoLaboratory & will be configured to your unique needs. Seating 9 - 25+.
